Honestly, I scrunched up my nose when a friend first told me about it. But I gave in about a year ago too and I’m SO glad I did. I now swear by it. It saves me when I’m sick and can’t breathe.

Wow, I’ve never heard of one of those – water up my nose is one of the most painful things ever, so that’d put me off!! I’ve never had a sinus headache though, so until that time comes I can’t say I wouldn’t use one!! :D Glad you feel better for it though xoxo
